Could be that I missed something, but I doubt it. I'm not talking simple textual find/replace here. I mean being able to tell a tool in natural language things like "x is now a dictionary, lookup all keys used, then change it into a type where each key is a member and update all call sites" and having it execute that correctly. In all commonly used programming languages. And this is still a fairly simply example. Which tools could do that 2 years ago?
