Kyocera (DuraXE Epic E4830). It's a massive phone, which is rather unfortunate, but it's dumb and durable.

Technically it runs Android but there's no touchscreen, you can't install apps, etc. There's a web browser but most websites don't work on it. I wrote a custom map website that will work with it: https://lab.brainonfire.net/classicmap/
