Hi shurcooL, we've thought about this problem and that's why we keep the original messages intact with replies. Users can directly reply to the sender from their email.

Maybe offer an option to have the email sent to me too. That way I know that even if I don't get a reply I still have a record/copy of the email.

Interesting idea. Combined with a faked to/from address, you can potentially make it appear as if it was an outgoing email sent by you.
