It seems to be very similar to Day One, which also costs $5 and is quite popular

Day One looks really exciting, but the reviews are really up in arms about a lack of encryption. Does anyone know more about this supposed issue?

Lack of encryption and lack of Google Drive support have held me back from using this as well. Let me know if you find out anything more.
