Ask HN: How to pull IP address from live streaming video on Youtube?

I am trying to create a live streaming show, but I would like to be able to switch to different live video stream from other youtube account. I did try to use WireCast, but it ask for IP address. I tried everything by using whois.is and other sites but seems those ip address do not work. Any ideas?
