This seems no worse that than Facebook's advertisements (slightly less freaky in fact). All it shows is that you endorsed something, who cares? They already have your data all they are doing now is saying "oh hey your friend +1'd this"
Google uses your Name/picture to show that you have reviewed/+1/etc. something.
Facebook is lying, which is Evil. Google is showing your friends things you chose +1, review, etc.
People keep throwing around the word evil as if it's anything that they disagree with.
