Ask HN: Looking for programming mentor and/or coding buddy in SF Bay Area

I'm at the very beginning stages of learning to program and would love to connect with someone locally (maybe a few times a week) who is also starting out and want to learn together (or even someone with experience who doesn't mind connecting).

Alternatively, if anyone with experience is willing to find time to help/mentor me, I will be eternally grateful.

I'm also open to suggestions on any of the above. Feel free to message me directly at popcorntimer@gmail.com
