Video: The dangers of relying on user feedback

Hi guys,

This is my first ever YouTube video. I think I have some interesting views and insights that could be useful for people in the industry, so I decided to start a channel.

I know it could be better/more coherant but I realized that talking into a camera is surprisingly hard! I hope to improve that in future videos :)
