Our beloved friend Aline (leeny on HN) claims that resumes are a bad way to pick good software engineers. http://blog.alinelerner.com/resumes-suck-heres-the-data/ There must be a better way - here's what we want to try.

My opener on Linkedin for the longest time was "Projects are the new resumes". This should come as no surprise to the HN community.

Neo is doing the same thing: http://careers.neo.com/

There is hope for a better tomorrow :)
