Help prevent a startup from failing by saving its domain name

On February 3rd 2015 a Chinese Hacker broke into my friend's US based Registrar's account and transferred his primary domain name to a Chinese based registrar. The governing agency in this matter is ICANN but they contract a number of responsibilities to a private company called Verisign. To get the domain back we need to get some attention so the folks at Verisign will help.
