Ask HN: How would you spread a new Twitter service?

We have a new service called tweetswitch (http://tweetswitch.com) that we launched last week. It allows you to get all your tweets on your favourite instant messenger. We have 35 users and they are all very happy, but how do you spread this wide and fast? We know there is demand, but we struggle to deliver it to the people who need it.
