I don't use G+ because of the "Real Name Policy". It's my choice to give my real name or not and Google don't respect my choices. I have FB, e-mail (yay!), blog, skype etc... I have everything to communicate with my friends or with the world ! I don't need some Nazi to give me an advice like "If You Have Something You Don't Want Anyone To Know, Maybe You Shouldn't Be Doing It"....
ps: i guess you're not in a business with someone who can shoot you in your foot !!
please google : why you shouldn't talk to the police
"Look, here is our official release under nginx.org and there is some wonderful work from volunteers which you can install development, stable and nightly builds without hassle"
* Because i can understand the technology behind the "magic".
* Because i can understand the technology behind the "magic" and design my system better.
* Because i can understand the technology behind the "magic" and design my system better and if PaaS provider goes out of business i have a chance to survive.
* Like snap said before : i've got the power...
And most important : because i'm a masochist bastard, who has trust problems...
* SOPA isn't mentioned on the page.
* The reason of " hate " isn't clear. Hating someting just because it's hip is nonsense.
* "Top searched domains list" is useless, you have to list the domains that gave promise but doesn't act.
* Again, in a clear text : It's not about GoDaddy, it's about SOPA.
People please, while you are at the university ,please, visit some (m)ba lesssons. If you don't have this chance, take advices from someone who you trust and runs a business.
SubModel,CollectionSubModel
MainModel { subModelCollection : CollectionSubModel }
ViewSubModel { model: SubModel, collection: MainModel.subModelCollection }
ViewSubModel listens model and collection ( using model.bind() and collection.bind() ). If someting happened, which should inform all submodels i fire an event with a collection.trigger(). Say if i want to hide MainModel, MainModel's View calls model.subModelCollection.trigger('hideParent') before remoing it's "el".
* : i'm sorry if you confused because of my explanation. i tried my best.
Every time when i read some company's "we are f.ing big you s.ckers" shit, i hate them a lot... Yes you are a big company because of us, the individuals. If you forget it, you have to lose.
* With backbone's models and collections, i can organize my application structure better. It's not easy but result is a clean code.
* Backbone's Router is no-brainer.
* Syc allow me to use RESTful JSON requests. Even i'm not using it, it's good to have such an option.
* Data-binding is a plain pain. You have to write your own code but there is always a library that you can use (eg. https://github.com/derickbailey/backbone.modelbinding ).
* I can always read the source code and thanks the comments i can understand most of it. My complain about good and advanced tutorials not because of the laziness, it was because saving time.
* Some important gotchas with backbone isn't documented ( or somehow i missed ), one example :
from document :
...
remove view.remove() Convenience function for removing the view from the DOM. Equivalent to calling $(view.el).remove();
...
in views, $(this.el).remove(); removes event bindings and if you call render() of this view again you should call also .delegateEvents(); somewhere in your code.
* Lack of documentation. Every time, when i want to do something more than "todo app", i have to read the source code. Well, it's OK and a programmer has to read the source code to understand whats going on under the hood, but a little bit more good documentation can be really helpful.
* Examples are so simple. In a read world app it's more complicated. I have model ( persons ) and this model has collections ( contact datas, invoices etc. ) to find a way to handle all the mess i spend a weekend and read useless tutorials. In the end i gave up, read source code and my builded app on events. A better example could save my time and if there was a "best practices" guide, i could be sure that i'm on the right track.
- Everytime i visit google i have to change language
- I might be don't care and use it in german ( or some other language ) but this time the results are different than "English" Google.( Local pages that i don't care and i can't read comes first etc. )
Google should take an action in case of inconsistency. If my ip region and my browser language doesn't match, google can ask me if i want to view google in my browsers language. It costs only a few lines of js code but brings a big satisfaction.
If one implements the same system, he can kill the middle man. What prevents other start-ups to do that and how can zerocater protect it's business ?
Just give tech specs and price.If the suppy is so limited, after all items sold-old, take pre-orders for the next party...
1- They think users are plan stupid so they have to decide what's good for users.
2- They're just copying from Apple, don't think about why apple did like that. This will end up with a mess. When i use my friend's mac, i think "this thing can't be better" and then when i use ubuntu with unity all i can think is "What the fk they were thinking ?"

What's the main difference between this project and awesomium ?
If i can solve my problem with software and ordinary (=cheap) hardware, why should i pay 10 times more ?
