I think they have to optimize their optimizer...

My dear friend, if you still didn't noticed : there is a people in the world, wo can't speak english or their mother tounge isn't english and for your suprise they are majority. Claiming this list a "pronounceable" is not only nonsense, it's also recklessness. I can't imagine a chinese tries to pronounce "rad" or "lad" : most of them can't pronunce right because of their mother tounge ( and that' perfectly OK )
If we use this list instead of numeric addresses, we all f*cked up...
One suggestion : maybe not perfect but, for html templates you can do what jQuery does: templates/html in <script> tag, user just gives the tag's id. this way, one can store all templates in one file.
Really, Kohana needs more documentation....
- you don't have to put tons of <script> tag on your template. just pass the parameters to headjs*
- you can load js files and "after" run some function and this function hasn't have to be in another js file or document.ready(). you can do this operations any time after full page load.
* Ok, i know : one should compress and merge javascript files..
> But if you considering building anything today on PHP (when you have sooooooooo fucking many better platforms) you are incompetent and plain stupid, because it will be a big technical debpt for the whole project.
I think we have a bunch of stupids like facebook and mailchimp... Php or any other programming language is a tool, a proven one. So if you can do some amazing things go for it.
"You use X then you are an idiot. Y is for masters !" approach is childish and proves that you can only use Y technology.
If i want to install MongoDB on Ubuntu, i would use google, first result for "MongoDB ubuntu install" is MongoDB's web site ( http://www.mongodb.org/display/DOCS/Ubuntu+and+Debian+packag... ). I think it would be better to follow these instructions.
The point is : If one wants to be useful for others, he/she should be write about use cases and possible implementations (eg. " our e-commerce solution and how we using mongodb")
I'm really curious ( and not trolling ) : Don't you guys need to think "before" and "while" coding ? Or you just type as faster as you can ? I need to design and "try" code on my mind and then write it, i can make some last moment corrections while writing. Most of time, my code works as i designed and i'm spending much of my time with designing not writing. So what's the matter ?
- backup my files / projects
- destroy my personal files
- sell my old laptop to someone and hopefully get my money
- copy files to the new laptop
- set personal settings ( wallpaper, mouse speed etc )
- and optionally : get used to new keyboard layout
- hope for a fix if there is a some hardware/design error.
for programmers, i think old but working laptop seems fine to me.
Maybe you have to do more paperworks in other Countries (ex. Germany) but your business is not in danger because bad use of patents. Sure other countries have also patent trolls but the system is not bad and currupt as US.
