I used clear tax myself last financial year, and it was a good experience, very simple to use. User experience is much better than other alternatives especially one provided by government.
I did a course over coursera "Computational Investing" and tried building my own trading model, but it's hard . you win some and loose some. Needs 100% of effort as it can't be done in parallel with regular job . I need some motivation here .
Not only his speech were inspirational but his writings were motivating. Books like ignited minds and India 2020 written by him were visionary and always inspired me . Rest in peace sir
Agree with the drinks part but here in India , fruits such as apples are coated with wax so that apples are shining red , they surely look good and are tasty , but what about wax . Since the day I found I peel apple before eating them
Correct me , I don't find it as a Uber rival . I think they are trying to promote car pool which is much needed here in India , only problem I see is security of passsengers
I faced similar experience but here in India , since good interview questions are rare , most of the times questions are repeated from forums such as Career cup , I was asked questions irrespective of my role . I do take interviews at my current organization and ask simple practical problems with very simple solutions but most of the times candidates think in terms of complex data structures instead of simply trying to solve a problem, they do premature optimization and what not .
Investments in property is booming in India . Don't know if it's a bubble or not . But I cannot afford one right now (not even as investment ) , reason its too expensive and loan is not my cup of tea and I think investing same money in your own startup will be worth more ( as experience)
"Need a ultra-secured phoned with 2 level authentication on messages "
What happens if I lose my phone , someone adds himself and send money , oh crap !
But Facebook knows where we are sending money , will it be helpful enough to nab a thief ?
This blog is written by one of the Coursera Course(Computational Investing) instructor. I will quote him "Much of the criticism of MOOCs centers on supposedly low completion rates. And these rates do seem low when compared to completion rates of regular university courses. But the comparison isn’t apples to apples. Let’s dive in by considering what does it mean to start a course. "
I use elastic search + Python scripts(running as bolt on Storm)+ Kibana (with better map) for analytics and its uber cool . Only things where Kibana miss out is 'unique counts' , multiple dashboards across different Document types etc. I hope these get addressed in near future .
Wish all these patients healthy life ahead , and Matt I can't describe your efforts in words , reading that article I feel that you and your wife are best parents in the world ! Good luck .
Informative , started looking into ES since past week for indexing , really like the ease of use in ES , but definitely there are few points to be kept in mind.
This segment has potential to crack into rural markets of India where "Nokia" and chinese handsets rule . Too early to comment till features are not released . Lot of chinese handsets provide loud music players and camera ( though not reliable).
Correction : Certainly not historic , when you say historic would like to correct you that in 1984 , INC (2014 runner-up party) won 414 seats .
One of the party which was crowdsourced "AAP" won only 4 seats but certainly show a ray of hope when leadership has been tossed between both these parties since Independence .
Hope "may" changes to "will" in coming future . Not just state departments but infrastructure services here use windows , e.g.: metro stations , ATM machines . Switch can help to save money which can be used in other developments much needed for the society without comprising efficiency of governance.
