Edit: In response to following comments, I amended above where it made it sound like Paypal escaped a banking regulation to withhold your money. My issue is that they use the 180 hold on account that haven't been locked for good reason.
Some people may be able to get customer service. They offer different kinds of accounts and maybe with a merchant account through Paypal or a business account. I've personally found Paypal to be lacking when trying to get in touch with them. I had someone attempt to scam me out of money by doing a chargeback for an eBay product I shipped via USPS (no tracking number). When they opened a hold on the account because the person said they didn't receive the item, Paypal had a field where I could put the tracking number. Having no tracking number, I tried to attach a note saying I shipped via USPS. I tried contacting support and no one ever answered. I offered to sign something making my personally liable if there was a lawsuit (as I had shipped the item). After all of that, their response was to refund the money so I was out the product and money, and close my account.
Don't act like I'm the only person who's got problems with Paypal. If you have had only great experiences with them, more power to you, but there's many more people who have been wrong by Paypal than other money processors:
"paypal sucks" About 65,800 results
"visa sucks" About 3,970 results
"mastercard sucks" About 1,760 results
If they had a true competitor, they'd be struggling to stay in business.
The only place I've used it in months is on Facebook iFrame applications where otherwise avoiding it would cause a larger page to load in a smaller area and get cut off.
As another poster mentioned, it would be good to mark as opening in a new window with an icon or text. When it's a small bit of information (like a couple paragraphs of help text), I always appreciate a modal window or tooltip first.
There is no bubble for solid (market-validated) business plans with reasonable, actionable revenue models.
Everybody here can code a nice landing page? I see thread after thread of Hackers saying "Hey! I don't don't know much about design, where do I start?" or "Where can I find an affordable skilled designer?". If your user interface / design skills (as well as HTML & CSS code) are truly up to par, congratulations, but there are many here who are not.
If you prefer to work through things on your own and wouldn't consider paying $100 for a professional designer's time, that's fine, it's your choice. Posting that this is too pricey is an extreme fallacy and in my opinion, required correction.
Do you have many projects and have a hard time motivating to complete them? Force yourself to limit them and finish them before starting something new. Record any new ideas in the meantime in a simple document.
Do you have nothing going on and always wish you had a project to work on? It may be a good idea for you to try a variety of different side projects and see what sticks as ignifero suggested.

If you like it and actually want to implement it, shoot me an email (proexploit[at]gmail.com) and I'll clean up the CSS and send it to you, this was all done in firebug and turned out messier than I intended.
I don't personally use LSD, but I believe this information to be correct: "There is a short period of tolerance after use. Using LSD two days in a row is likely to lead to a diminished experience the second day, though spaced 3 or more days apart, this effect is nearly non-existent." (via http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/lsd/lsd_basics.shtml) Yes, using it two days in a row will result in a less powerful effect the second day but most people wouldn't attempt it that soon anyways (I'd assume).
I only point this out as this thread makes LSD seem like a wonder drug and I'd want new users to get the correct information.
Yes, the desk on here was my inspiration for trying to get this project going at all and there are a number of features I'd include on a production desk that I didn't get a chance to in the model due to my 3D modeling ability (or lack thereof). Rather than a full length slot, it would have some sort of cable management holes / notches and be both sturdier and more attractive than the model lets on.
Thanks again.
Obviously, it's possible that a person could be given a more significant percentage of a serious condition which raises additional questions. If you are both A) objective enough to firmly grasp that a chance is simply a chance, not a sure outcome and B) not someone who worries a great deal about possible future situations, you might benefit from using 23andme. Otherwise, it may be wise not to purchase the program.
For me, I've had an interesting effect of using some of the increased negative risks to help me stop bad habits while at the same time, not using any of the decreased risks as a license to go ahead and live more recklessly in those areas. Hopefully this give you some additional perspective on whether something like this would be right for you.
