Does anyone know of some syntax magic addon that teaches geany state-of-the-art syntax modes, especially with mixed syntax files containing HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Vue.js template sections?
Sublime is an excellent example of great syntax highlighting, but needs special tuning for simple operations like "copy line" - not really a show stopper, but it is surprising to see how basic functionality does not come by default with many editors still even after a very long development time - try to toggle a comment in vim with one simple key combination...
You can skip the first one, that is a verbose introduction that starts with CERN web history. Key message: "build for all deviecs". No more valuable info, unfortunately, and I have to spend time now on other things.
I am sure 10 minutes reading an article I would have been able to extract some more.
Advice to video tutorial makers: please value your viewers time most, make this a very high priority in your production workflow. Think twice about every sentence you write into the playbook and after one or two days write the sentences again with a target of 50% time reduction. Absolutely never just talk ten minutes something that just comes into your mind - this will just waste the viewers time. Tutorials are not for time wasting. Keep the information very precise and to the point. Always provide at least a cheat sheet of key info. Thanks!
There is no future for mediocre frameworks that do not come with what is most hard to get right - knowing who to let in and what to allow them - that is the most important hackers work - to collect that knowledge in devoted collaboration is the noble generations teaching.
The work that does not make the reasoning on locks and keys its cornerstone looks hollow, inchoate, empty. No need for just another lightweight paper castle, no matter how magic your language speaks - it needs to fill the needs of a warriors world, full of dark and evil souls, so better you draft with shelter always on your mind.

These kind of questions are a good indicator about the documentation quality of a project. They are valuable input that can help you to put your project presentation on a much higher level.
Also from "inside" a project it is very easy to forget about the most obvious question a person might have looking at it for the first time - these questions are the best signal for exactly that happening.
There is no reason to interpret any kind of question in a hostile way - it only shows that you must be living in a personal environment of too-much-aggression. Take a break.
We are living in an age of upcoming aggression and ongoing regression of human brain capabilities (too much poison everywhere) - we have to stay aware of that and actively try to overcome these emotional aberration (and, of course, constantly work on the causes) - it is not easy, but if we all try it, we can all win.
* How to integrate this with a decent pagination library?
* How to integrate this with vue.js?
* How does this compare to http://y-js.org ?
* How does this compare to http://gun.js.org ?
Thanks for your attention!
Still every Firefox user gets a never-expiring google cookie by default, a practice that is going on now for many years! Also cookies are accepted from everywhere and last forever by default without user consent, overriding the freedom of internet users in a brutal and privacy destroying way.
It is a great bigbrotheristic marketing lie by mozilla to obscure this anti-privacy behaviour with glorious blabla about how they respect privacy, when in fact they help the trackers to track you even better, doing so since many years.
Cookie privacy must be handled more restrictive by default, e.g. there is no reason to save any cookie after the browser has been closed if user did not explicitely set that for a site.
Hopefully some journous finally check the facts before mindless re-babbling of mozilla propaganda.

That is a pitty, looks like an interesting project?
Does it have an open issue tracker?Any hints on implementation details would be very welcome, also it would be very nice to find a chapter about these important real-life issues and how to handle them in the book!
Have a nice weekend!
B) How to do record locking?
C) How to implement pagination with a quickly changing dataset?
D) What do you think about existing algorithms like e.g. conflict-free replicated data type (CRDT) or operational transformation (OT)?
Also you may be interested in http://derbyjs.com/ and do some research about operational transformations.
Ah, and please do not forget that in a real app you need to lock the records users are editing, but not indefinitely.
Thanks and happy coding!
no_understand = author(!put_repo_url(site)) || me_blind;"Lots of traffic" can be expected by any webserver software - handling "too much" of it in a not too painful way could be a design goal. Just spitting out an error on such a condition and making the site disappear is a little bit too simplistic for my taste.
I have seen this error on sites with java webservers many times - is this an accepted limitation in the java world?
I am not trying to be snarky here, I have lots of respect for aphyrs work, but I am really wondering about this "normal behaviour" of java webservers - how can an "enterprise platform" get away with this?
