If not, then I am sure you yourself must have witnessed a crime or have other direct evidence of a crime committed by Mr. Murray, in which case I would urge you to file a report with the police department at once. Those are the only two circumstances under which it's acceptable to call someone a criminal, whether it's a popular figure like Bill Murray or a hated rascal like Sanford Wallace. Otherwise you're engaged in that most sickening and disgraceful act: repeating slanderous innuendo in the hope that people will eventually accept it as axiomatic truth.
Personally, I don't know whether Mr. Murray beats women, and I don't really care about the man one way or another. But I am disgusted by the practice of accusing men of "domestic abuse" in the press and repeating those accusations anywhere and everywhere (except, of course, under oath in a courtroom) in service to some misguided pseudo-feminist agenda. If a man beats his wife, he belongs in prison, and if you have evidence of that, it's your obligation as a citizen to help put him there. Otherwise, knock off the slander already.
