Search Lean startups,Startups.com is pretty friendly but it's a Q&A site. Also local meetup groups, meetup.com. Visit popular VC or Angel blogs, founders love to hang around and share ideas and experiences. AVC.com is my favorite. HN is a pretty large community so seeing the same commenter twice can take weeks.

Also learning how to ask a question is directly related to the quality of the answer.
