Technically yes, but I was on their blog today and it showed they had updated it. So I wanted to share the updated version.

I read their blog posts a lot. One of the only sites I see posts from on at the minimum a weekly basis. Sometimes they post 3-4 a week. So I like their site.
This was probably one of my favorites of theirs.
