Sun's "SME" division sold the Ultra AXi and AXMP boards, which were 100% standard ATX boards with PCI slots.

The Ultra 5 and Ultra 10 were basically PCs with SPARC chips.

I can't get a clear idea if this is 64-bit or not though.

Also, with this board, I don't see anywhere obvious to bolt a heatsink - and at 1.1GHz, I'd be be reluctant to do overnight compiles on the thing.

Looks like it uses two Cortex A15s, which is 32 bit.
