Booz Allen Hamilton has 22,000 employees. I'm going to guess that the government won't see 2 of them stealing document and hence tear up all their contracts with Booz Allen. Also, the article said that Booz Allen is hiring a form FBI director to lead an audit into their security and personnel. That should keep the government from reconsidering their contracts.
