That's what free users get. They better upgrade to developer plans and unlock all IEs and all platforms.

Yup, I'll be changing the default platform for free plans. I'm already working on that. Free users will be able to use IE11. Like this:

I'm guessing that you can't test local sites with this tool? If so that'd be really cool!
