I still run qmail (in addition to postfix and opensmtpd) for one thing: ezmlm-idx.

Is there something I can replace ezmlm-idx with, that would seamlessly import all the lists, subscribers and archives?

http://mlmmj.org/ claims to be heavily inspired by ezmlm. I haven't used either so I don't know how well it works as a replacement, but it might be worth a look.
