How about listening as someone who calls for your family to be terrorized and killed; NPR regularly gives a platform to people like that (so often in fact, that some right-wing friends call it National Palestinian Radio). You think that because of your political affiliation you can't possibly be harboring abhorrent views, come out into the light. No one is asking you to invite klansmen to your dinner parties, just know that your crazy little militia (antifa) is every bit as hateful, fearmongering, and dangerous as the klan ever was.
It's in vogue now to compare antifa to the communists in 1930s germany and to pontificate on the whatifs. We know the whatifs though, they happened not 1000 miles to the east and caused just as much death and terror (if not more).
Most importantly, consider that those extremists you're afraid to waste your time with are a lot closer to you in both life experience and views than you're willing to admit. (pro tip: if you make fun of Kushner's voice or Trump's hair you got a lot in common with /pol/ when they use slurs like sand-n* or compare Obama to a monkey).
