Wow, you have to choose to be this naive. European nations and their union are proposing and enacting policies with ever increasing frequency that are directly aimed at US tech companies wether it's antitrust, copyright, or even taxes that apply only to internet firms.

Also their politicians readly admit it, try to look up some of their rhetoric.
