America’s been responsible for the death of 500,000 innocent Iraqi civilians since the start of the war not to mention countless Afghan and other middle eastern citizens. We currently hold tens of thousands of border crossers in detention camps where they are held in squalid conditions. Most of us still live here.

“Full swing” is a bit of an overstatement. They were definitely known, in place, and operating, but Wikipedia says they held 21k people as of 1939.

I feel very comfortable in asserting there are many more people in similar camps in China today.

There are a lot of places in the world that are pure cash only too. You won't be able to use your card either way.
