This is just absurd. India has strong judicial system and no one, not even PM can abuse his power. This commenter has blind hatred against BJP. India is the country where you have freedom to criticize. To verify you can just search internet and YouTube. Regarding identify protestors, I think commenter is referring to recent protest where some people burned public property, who were identified through CCTVs and made them pay for the damage, which was right thing to do.
