So, a souped-up Matrix Server with Jitsi integration and a bunch of other plugins?

I'm not ready to offer that to you, but it's definitely on my roadmap for https://communick.com next year.

The thing that I'd suggest though: instead of coming with a laundry list of things that you'd like to see in a finished product, consider funding the development of projects that provide the pieces?

One of the pain points of Jitsi to me is the client-side muxing of media streams causing load shifted to laptops and phones, so not sure if Jitsi would work with this.

Does your service allow exporting data?

Yes, if you count that the services I am using (Mastodon, Matrix) provide methods to export the data directly from their clients.

If you want to get the data from your account (payment history, services you used, people you invited, etc) you can get that only via the API or semi-automatically if you request your data and I run my "export user data" back-office command.
