So what? Obviously a company entirely reliant on mobile users wouldn't be able to stand up to the mobile duopoly. That's entirely why opinion is split about the issue
I wish I had an option to cancel or renew netflix from the app store subscription page or play store subscription page. They can charge me the extra 15%. Now if i need netflix for a month, I have to open netflix from browser. Click restart membership, select the plan, enter the cvv, then it opens an embedded frame for the bank's website to enter the OneTimePassword from bank(sometimes I get session error here and have to repeat the whole process) to subscribe.

They can’t, that’s why Epic was banned in the first place.
From a user's perspective for example. I pay extra to install office through the app store. I'd happily pay extra to have the app store manage adobe and zoom.
