There are a lot of assumptions being made about the shape of the data in the client side validation rules, and seemingly no way to control them. For example, in the example.csv file there's an "Age" column that has to be completed by the user in order to submit the data, and no way to turn that off. I don't think that would work at all for any production system; often you just don't have the data available. This would force you to put dummy placeholder data in.
