I know around 14 people that died of covid. None of them were listed in the covid deaths.

Neither statement us true. Belgium infamously had a really bad covid death toll because they decided early on to attribute unknown causes to covid.
Then the excess mortality numbers came in and every country had a ton of mysterious and unexplained excess mortality (you know, rampant covid)… except Belgium where the numbers tracked.
