IIRC, he was also adamant against a bigger iPhone and a smaller iPad, both which ended up being hit products.
Also adamant against iTunes for Windows
Also adamant against App Store!
Those happened while he was alive though no? Whereas the iPhone6 and iPad Mini came after his death.
Well, big difference is that Jobs was playing company with the shareholders money, while Cook is doing something else, like returning shareholders money.
