You're right, and I haven't seen any recent examples so they probably fixed it, just curious to know what was triggering these warnings

it's a different issue but sometimes I see quote tweets made by accounts I follow on my timeline where the quoted tweet shows up as "unavailable" (can't recall the exact message) in the UI, but following the link to the tweet shows that it is totally in fact available.
