Germany has 350g CO2 per kWh and they are also burning coal for energy. France has 50g CO2 per kWh. IMO they don't take climate change serious...

And France is in trouble, as half its fleet of nuclear reactors are offline due to many issues (ERP delays, corrosion everywhere https://www.lemonde.fr/en/economy/article/2022/04/24/french-...).
