Even though most of the management in American companies is incompetent, I won't hire these people for this reason alone: they perpetuate chamchagiri/sycophancy across the chain.
I am saying that companies like those have a management culture that is not tolerant to managees suggesting managers what to do.
You can see many employees of those companies in Quora and Glassdoor saying the same thing.
My question was: do you think this is limited to Indian consulting companies or is endemic to all consulting companies? You seem to be doubling down on I would say the accusation stands verified.
