My Google developer account was terminated and I didn't know I couldn't open an account after that. While learning Android development, I developed a few examples that I watched in videos and published them on Google Play, but my account was closed with a message like "Your account has been terminated under Section 8.3 or 10.3 of Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement". I studied software at university for years. I spent years developing Android. and suddenly I am banned for life. What can I do about this situation?

I sent apology messages to fix the situation. I received certificates for publishing applications but I haven't heard back. Ticket Number: 4-1539000036222
