They're obviously not Christians, but, sin is not evidence against belief. All men are sinners; you can't dismiss someone as "not Christian" because they sin. If they behaved perfectly like Christ they'd be a Saint above the rest.
Alright, ya got me there... Still though, good Christians at least try to "be more like Christ" rather than take open pride in actively going against everything he supposedly stood for.
