@ycombinete Wow! What crazy timing. I woke up today with this exact same headache and situation. Seems to happen sometimes on the weekends. Thanks for writing this comment, I'll pay more attention to the timings.
I rarely get them nowadays though, since my toddler ensures that I rarely get uninterrupted sleep.
