Perhaps the person you’re replying to was simply trying to stoop to your level, since you made the extremely weird “spreads his DNA everywhere” comment first. Perhaps this was, to borrow your misused phrase from elsewhere in this thread, the intellectually appropriate response.
He successfully spread his DNA and ideas everywhere. He is objectively a success, playing at the highest level possible.
