Yes, but I haven't found an exception. Either people are risk adverse and so they prioritized paying off the low interest rate loans; or they don't apply it to their own life.
Fwiw I have an automatic transfer of 25% of my take home in to IBKR every month… I actually mostly regret being too financially conservative in the past. Should never have sold off bitcoin to pay student loans…
