I use them as my registrar as well; I had started with them as everything for a tiny site I wanted to host separately, and then it was easy-ish to move my other domains.

But I don't think it's a business they really nurture. There's no way to setup automatic payments, which feels important as you have many domains. And setting glue records requires a support request, where as most other registrars provide user facing interfaces to do it without help from a support rep.
