Corporations shield shareholders from civil liability not operators from criminal charges. You seem to have no concept at all what a corporate shield is or the difference between criminal and civil law
The ground reality clearly demonstrates the asymmetry between a 'naked' operator and the one cocooned inside a corporation. The criminal law is identical for both in spirit, in practice; corporations often protect their executives by simply buying out the courtroom: bench, bar and gavel.
You need a government willing to apply the law. Republicans are lawless criminals. They only put political rivals in prison whenever guilty or not.
The current reality is that laws do not apply to CEOs of big tech companies. It must be solved. They should be send to prison, and no pardons. When criminals are protected by the government all society suffers.
