I am curious to know how are performing the Tesla's sales of CO2 emission quotas to the manufacturers who have started producing electric vehicles (and therefore have started to cover their own emission quotas).
PS: I am not parent commenter, and this separately to the famous gesture with the arm that E.M. did, what can be guessed that harmed the sales.
