Even assuming that the hardware and models catch up, wouldn't there be an issue with the model not being completely deterministic? You don't really want any sort of randomness in your terminal commands.
Maybe I do, if by "randomness" you also mean the ability to handle unexpected usecases. Imagine running something like:
$ ps "which processes are slowing my PC down??"
