We could learn a lot from China. They know how to keep their own home grown billionaires on a leash. We in the West can't even do that.
Why would the west want to do that? Leashes are for dogs, not people. The people want to live in the land of the free, not the land of the leash.
some of us feel like we're on the leash and the billionaire's are holding it. A gov't, in theory, is supposed to represent the masses. The masses holding the leashes to billionaire's sounds like a great improvement over what we have
