I worked quite a bit for a company that had a lot of Asian developers in the early 2000s, and it reminds me a lot of textbook-Indian-English dialect.

The AI-dialect sounds very much like Harold, Clive, and Penelope from the Mumbai office; much of my work was then transcoding it into British English so that Surjit, Ismail, and Narinder from the Pollokshaws office could even begin to make sense of it.
