Why are you talking about race? I said bad neighborhoods. The vast majority of people there are white French.

Because bad neighborhoods are most generally seen as the HLM banlieue where most are not "white". It's a pretty obvious dog whistle from the RN.

Those people do come from the HLM banlieues, doesn't say anything about their race.
