If we're just wishing for everyone to behave exactly how we want, you might as well just wish for the company operators and executives to behave exactly how you want as well. And then you don't need to coordinate the much larger employees group.
That's the point. You can denounce something easily enough. But there is no pricetag attached to that so it means absolutely nothing if you continue to enable the company that does these things. Like the 100's of times before that 'Meta' (Facebook) did stuff that was despicable. They continued to work there.
