I would focus on upskilling, get engineers more comfortable with AI, and find a middle ground - move fast but don't compromise on security.

This works for some, but not all. Eventually you’ll encounter instigators , often not contributing much, that need to be confronted . How are you going to handle them ?

Everything sounds nice and easy on a LinkedIn post , but day to day human relationships are confrontational .
