So you were ok with all these when you were paid for it, but now that you are laid off suddendly these are not acceptable anymore?
Users had to pay for saas but the price was justified by spendings of the saas company. Mostly to the dev/testers/support salaries. This is what you have been paying when you were paying for the saas.
Now when the management fires employees and replace them with ai they do this for one reason: greed. Have you noticed any price drops of any saas which fired the team? I haven't.
The AI changes the market on every aspect and Saas will die sooner or later.
